Pace Jiu-Jitsu runs this website and the academy at 2101 Bailey Hill Rd, Suite A3, Eugene, OR 97405. This page says what the site collects, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What this website collects
The enquiry forms on this site do not send anything to us on their own. They open your own email program with your answers already written out; nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself, and when you do it reaches info@pacejiujitsuhq.com like any other message. This website stores no form data at all.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs of every request — the IP address it came from, the browser, the page, the time. They exist to keep the site up and to stop abuse, and we do not use them to work out who you are.

What the sign-up pages collect
The "book your free class" buttons lead to join.pacejiujitsuhq.com, which is a separate sign-up flow we run on a third-party marketing platform (HighLevel). Those forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, and ask whether you want text messages. We use them to reply to you, to get you booked in, and to remind you about your first class.
The text-message box on those forms is optional, and you can book a class without ticking it. If you tick it, we send you texts and emails about your trial class, offers and events at the academy. How often varies, and message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to any text to stop receiving them. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, apart from HighLevel, which sends the messages for us.
Children
Our kids programmes run from age 3 to 14 and a parent or guardian enrols them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child through this website. If you think a child has sent us something, write to info@pacejiujitsuhq.com and we will delete it.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that run the site and our messaging for us, and only so that they can run them:
- Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
- Sanity, which stores the text and photographs on these pages.
- HighLevel, which runs the sign-up pages and sends the emails and texts.
- Google and Meta — but only after you accept cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else to advertise to you.
Your rights in Oregon
The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act gives Oregon residents the right to ask us whether we hold personal data about them and for a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to tell us to stop using it for targeted advertising. If we turn a request down, you can appeal, and if we turn the appeal down you can complain to the Oregon Department of Justice.

To refuse advertising cookies on this site, click Decline when the cookie notice appears, or change your cookie choice at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and member records stay with us while you are in touch with us, and afterwards for as long as our tax and insurance obligations require. Server logs are kept briefly by our host and then rotated out.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
